Garden brickwork may define a border, form a step, support a raised bed or create a boundary. These features do not all have the same structural requirements. Tell us the intended use and approximate dimensions, including any difference in ground level on either side.
Choose brick colour, texture, bond and coping in relation to the existing house and paving. A wall that retains ground needs a different assessment from a small decorative edge. Foundations, movement, water and loads must be considered before the visible finish is specified.

Does a cracked wall need replacing?
Not automatically. Its stability and the cause of damage need assessment first. Decorative repair and structural repair have different scopes, particularly where a wall retains soil.
